PASTRAMI REUBEN DIY KIT

Each kit includes all you need for 4 Pastrami Reuben Sandwiches

NOTE: Your pastrami is fully cooked, and it can be enjoyed either cold or hot.

CONTENTS
- 8 Slices Rye Bread
- 500G Pastrami
- Pastrami Jus
- 8 Slices Swiss Cheese
- Russian Dressed Coleslaw
- Heinz Mustard
- Dill Pickles

TO REHEAT
1. Place vacuum packed pastrami directly into a large pot of water.
2. Heat the pot over your stove for approximately 6 minutes, or till the water starts to simmer.
3. Pour pastrami jus into a small pan and heat it up to a simmer.
4. Remove the Pastrami from the pot. Use a scissors of a sharp knife to open the bag and drain off any liquid.
5. Place sliced pastrami into the pan of pastrami jus.

TO SERVE
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the non-butter side spread mustard.
2.Top with swiss cheese, pastrami slices, and 1 table spoon of the pastrami jus. Top that off with the coleslaw and the bread.
3. Heat a medium skillet or pan over medium heat. Place a sandwich in skillet and cook until golden and cheese is melted, 3 minutes per side.
4. Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!

NOTE:
PBD Pastrami is cured using a slow method, which best flavors the meat without injecting chemicals. Our finished product takes up to 15 days (brine, smoked and steamed!)

TO SERVE
1. Toast potato buns with some butter on a pan.
2. Spread the chicken salad onto the bottom bun.
3. Top with cheese, tomatoes, sliced avocado and pickled red onions.
4. Enjoy the delicious chicken salad sandwich!

Things you’ll need: lettuce, tomato, butter, salt & pepper.
Extra topping ideas: onion, pickles, bacon, other condiments.


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
BURGER:
Sprinkle a pinch of salt & pepper on top of each patty, place onto hot skillet or pan, and flatten using a sturdy spatula. Evenly sprinkle another big pinch of salt & pepper onto patty and flip once bottom is caramelized. Put cheese on patty, then cook to preference.

BUNS:
Brush insides with melted butter, place buttered side down on griddle to toast until golden brown.

TO ASSEMBLE:
Spoon sauce onto top bun, add the cheeseburger patty, and any of the toppings you have handy.
